摘　　要：文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容,是引领新疆文化发展的重要指南与工作抓手。文化润疆具有历史、理论与实践的多元一体特征,从历史的视角看,文化润疆是历代和建国以来文化治边理论与实践的集大成者;从理论层面看,文化润疆的逻辑结构完整,理论内涵深刻,哲学意蕴浓厚;从实践层面看,文化润疆具有强大的实践张力,实施路径清晰,目标方向明确。Cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is an important content of the party's strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era,and an important guide and starting point to leading the development of Xinjiang culture.Cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is characterized by multiple integration of history,theory and practice.From the historical perspective,cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is a summation of the theories and practices of cultural border governance in the past dynasties and since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.From the theoretical level,the logic structure of cultural embellishment of Xinjiang is complete,the theoretical connotation is profound and the philosophical implication is strong.From the practical level,cultural embellishment ofXinjiang has a strong practical tension,clear implementation path and clear goal and direction.
