摘 要:党政干部选拔任用制度是党和国家事业发展的基础,对促进健康的干部队伍建设和中国特色社会主义事业发展具有不可替代的作用。通过研究,发现我国党政干部选拔任用制度经历三个阶段,主要呈现以下特征:一是始终坚持并不断加强党管干部的基本原则;二是从“常规性选拔”到“竞争性选拔”再到“弱竞争、新常规”,总体上呈现出渐进式螺旋发展的历史演变特征。就新时代党政干部选拔任用制度演进趋势作出预判。The selection and appointment system of Party and government officials is the foundation for the development of the cause of the Party and the state,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of a healthy cadre and the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Through the research,it is found that our system of selection and appointment of party and government cadres has experienced three stages,mainly showing the following characteristics:first,we always adhere to and constantly strengthen the basic principle of party cadres;second,from“regular selection”to“competitive selection”and then to“weak competition,new routine”,it shows the historical evolution characteristics of gradual spiral development.To predict the evolution trend of the system of selecting and appointing Party and government officials in the new era.
