摘  要:以1年生红丁香幼苗为试验材料,研究了100 mg·L^(-1)吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)对不同遮光度(25%轻度遮光、50%中度遮光、75%重度遮光)处理下红丁香幼苗形态、叶绿素质量分数、可溶性糖、内源激素及光合的影响。结果表明:外源IAA对不同遮光度下红丁香幼苗生长具有促进作用,表现为株高、地径、平均节间长、叶面积、叶片数量等指标的增大;生物量的积累显著增加,促进了地上部的生长,且这种促进作用在中度遮光处理下最为显著;外施IAA显著增加了红丁香幼苗可溶性糖、赤霉素(GA_(3))和IAA的质量分数,显著降低了脱落酸(ABA)质量分数,但对叶绿素质量分数影响并不显著;光合作用在外施IAA后显著增强,表现为净光合速率(P_(n))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))以及气孔导度(G_(s))在IAA处理后显著增大。综上所述,遮光能够促进红丁香幼苗生长发育及光合作用,而外源IAA则协同遮光对红丁香幼苗生长起到正调控作用。With 1-a Syringa villosa seedlings,we studied the effects of 100 mg·L-1 IAA on morphology,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar,endogenous hormones and photosynthesis of S.villosa seedlings under different shade treatments(25%shade/light shade,LS;50%shade/medium shade,MS;75%shade/severe shade,SS).The exogenous IAA had a promoting effect on the growth of S.villosa seedlings under different shading levels,which was manifested by the increase of plant height,ground diameter,average internode length,leaf area and number of leaves.The accumulation of biomass increased significantly and promoted the above-ground growth,and this promoting effect was most significant under medium shading treatment.External application of IAA had positive effects on the content of soluble sugar,gibberellin(GA_(3))and IAA,and significantly decreased the content of abscisic acid(ABA)in S.villosa seedlings,while the effect of IAA treatment on chlorophyll was not obvious.Photosynthesis was significantly enhanced after IAA treatment,which showed that net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),transpiration rate(T_(r))and stomatal conductance(G_(s))were significantly increased after IAA treatment.In conclusion,shading could promote the growth and photosynthesis of S.villosa seedlings,while exogenous IAA positively regulated the growth of S.villosa seedlings in concert with shading.
