摘 要:以2年生马尾松(Pinus massoniana)盆栽苗为研究对象,对接种松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)AMA3虫株后马尾松营养物质(可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和总糖)、次级代谢产物(总酚和黄酮)以及有机酸(苯甲酸和水杨酸)质量分数进行测定。结果表明:接种松材线虫后,马尾松茎干可溶性蛋白的质量分数呈现先升高后降低再升高的趋势,接种松材线虫后1.0 d,可溶性蛋白的质量分数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在4.0~10.0 d均低于对照组;马尾松茎干可溶性糖的质量分数总体上呈现较低水平;马尾松茎干总糖和总酚的质量分数均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,总糖的质量分数在0.5 d达到峰值,而总酚的质量分数在4 d达到峰值,随后下降。马尾松茎干黄酮、苯甲酸和水杨酸的质量分数总体上呈现较高水平,且在7 d达到峰值,随后下降。因此,松材线虫的侵染对松树体内营养物质、次级代谢产物及有机酸的质量分数均有影响,其中,马尾松苗茎干苯甲酸和水杨酸的质量分数对病害的早期诊断具有潜在应用价值。Taking 2-year-old Pinus massoniana seedlings as the research object,the contents of nutrients(soluble protein,soluble sugar and total sugar),secondary metabolites(total phenol and flavonoids)and organic acids(benzoic acid and salicylic acid)in P.massoniana inoculated with Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were determined.The result showed that after inoculation with B.xylophilus,the soluble protein content in stem of P.massoniana increased at first,then decreased and then increased.On 1 st day after inoculation with B.xylophilus,the soluble protein mass fraction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but it was lower than that of the control group on the 4-10 th day.The soluble sugar content of stem of P.massoniana is generally low.The total sugar and total phenolic contentin the stems of P.massoniana showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The total sugar contentreached a peak on 0.5 th day,while the total phenolic content reached a peak on 4 th day and then decreased.Thecontent of flavonoids,benzoic acid and salicylic acid in the stems of P.massoniana were generally higher,and reached a peak on 7 th day,and then decreased.The infection of B.xylophilus had an effect on the content of nutrients,secondary metabolites and organic acids in P.massoniana.The content of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in the stems of P.massoniana seedlings has potential application value for early diagnosis of the disease.
