摘 要:奥克托今(HMX)包覆铝粉(Al)能够有效降低Al的团聚烧结现象并改善其能量释放效率。采用物理混合法、溶剂-反溶剂法和溶剂蒸发诱导自组装法分别制备了三种不同结构的Al/HMX-1、Al/HMX-2和Al/HMX-3复合含能材料。相较于Al/HMX-1和Al/HMX-2,Al/HMX-3复合材料为球形包覆结构,D_(50)为6.651μm,各组分均匀分布。Al/HMX-3复合材料具备最优的热分解性能,其HMX的分解峰温降低到264.3℃,比Al/HMX-1和Al/HMX-2分别降低了~20.0℃和~19.2℃。燃烧性能分析表明,Al/HMX-3复合样品的燃烧更剧烈,团聚烧结现象降低,具有最高的燃烧热和燃烧温度。通过HMX均匀的包覆,HMX分解及时为Al燃烧提供氧化性气体“牢笼”促进Al氧化,并减少Al颗粒之间的相互碰撞导致的团聚。因此,燃烧性能和能量释放效率得到大幅度提升。Octogen(HMX)coated aluminum powder(Al)can effectively reduce its agglomeration and sintering phenomenon of Al and improve the combustion performance.Three kinds of Al/HMX energetic composites(Al/HMX-1,Al/HMX-2 and Al/HMX-3)with different morphology and structures were prepared by physical mixing method,solvent-antisolvent method and solvent evaporation-induced self-assembly method.Compared with the Al/HMX-1 and Al/HMX-2,Al/HMX-3 has a spherical encapsulated structure with D_(50) of 6.651μm,and all components are evenly distributed.The Al/HMX-3 composite has the best thermal decomposition performance and its decomposition peak of HMX is reduced to 264.3℃,which is~20.0℃and~19.2℃lower than that of Al/HMX-1 and Al/HMX-2,respectively.Combustion performance analysis shows that the Al/HMX-3 composite burns violently and decreases its agglomeration and sintering phenomenon,and has the highest combustion heat and temperature.Through uniform coating of HMX,HMX decomposition provides oxidizing gas‘cage’for Al combustion in time to promote Al oxidizing and reduce agglomeration caused by collision between Al particles.As a result,the combustion performance and energy release efficiency of Al particles are greatly improved.
