摘 要:在碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料设计及制备阶段,对成型过程残余应力进行准确的测试、评估,可为结构优化、工艺参数制定、模具参数选择等提供理论依据,也为后续应用阶段残余应力对复合材料构件性能结构稳定性影响研究提供基础。文中概述了碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料固化残余应力的形成机制,介绍了测试方法以及仿真模拟的原理、特点及在碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料残余应力评估中的应用,对仿真所需的主要性能参数的数值、测试方法进行了总结,基于仿真方法的多种优势,认为该方法为残余应力评估重点发展方向,提出该方法未来的研究重点,为进一步优化热物理、力学等性能时变特性模型,提高仿真模型的准确性,并将性能测试方法标准化;建立各类树脂、纤维仿真数据库;进行各类型复合材料构件的残余应力仿真结果准确度的验证研究。During the curing and molding process of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites,accurate testing and evaluation of the residual stress of composite materials can provide a theoretical basis for structure optimization,process parameter formulation,mold parameter selection,etc.It also provides a basis for the research on the influence of structural stability of composite in the subsequent application stage.This paper summarizes the formation mechanism of the curing residual stress of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites,introduces the principle,characteristics and application of test and simulation methods,summarizes the test methods of the main parameters required for simulation.Compared with the testing method,the simulation method has the advantages of low experimental volume,convenience and high efficiency,and is an important development direction in the field of composite residual stress evaluation.The simulation method based on multiple advantages is considered to be the key development direction of residual stress evaluation.The future research focus of the simulation method is to optimize the performance time-varying characteristic model,improve the accuracy of the simulation results,standardize the performance test methods,establish various resin and fiber simulation databases,and verify the accuracy of the residual stress simulation results of various composite components.
