中性透明硅酮密封胶连续化生产工艺研究

摘　　要：为解决间歇式生产透明硅酮密封胶生产过程中性能的不稳定、频繁清洗设备和损耗高的问题,研究采用2级高速分散机,配合双螺杆挤出机进行连续化生产的方法,实现中性透明硅酮密封胶连续化生产。结果表明,控制气相二氧化硅中水的质量分数不超过0.05%,真空度保持在-90 kPa以上,螺杆机转速在550 r/min、出口压力控制在1.0 MPa,可以进行连续生产,有效的降低损耗,节约生产成本。In order to solve the problems of unstable performance,frequent cleaning equipment and high loss in the intermittent production of transparent silicone sealant,the method of continuous production with two-stage high-speed disperser and twin-screw extruder was studied to realize the continuous production of neutral transparent silicone sealant.The results show that the continuous production can be carried out by controlling the mass fraction of water in the gas phase silica to be less than 0.05%,the vacuum degree to be kept below-90 kPa,the screw machine speed to be 550 r/min,and the outlet pressure to be controlled at 1.0 MPa,which can effectively reduce the loss and save the production cost.
