摘  要:叙述了近年来丁酮氨氧化制丁酮肟催化剂的研究进展,介绍了2类含钛分子筛,包括经典的TS-1以及结构不同于TS-1的其它钛硅分子筛。相比于传统的羟胺法,丁酮氨氧化制丁酮肟技术是目前最为绿色环保的工艺。认为通过对催化剂的改进或新型催化剂的开发,在结合反应条件优化和反应器选择的基础上,是该技术进一步突破的关键。The research progress of catalysts for the ammoxidation of butanone to butanone oxime in recent years was described.Two types of titanium-containing molecular sieves were introduced,including the classical TS-1 and other titanium-silicon molecular sieves with different structures.Compared with the traditional hydroxylamine method,butanone ammoxidation to butanone oxime technology is currently the most environmentally friendly process.It is considered that the improvement of catalyst or the development of new catalyst is the key to further breakthrough of this technology based on the optimization of reaction conditions and the selection of reactor.
