摘 要:介绍了以三氧化硫和四氟乙烯为原料合成四氟乙烷-β-磺内酯的研究概况。针对该反应风险大的特点,为避免间歇合成过程中物料的累积,工艺路线的选择基于在温和的工艺条件下,趋向于连续化合成工艺。叙述了该合成过程中可能引起爆炸的原因分析,但仍存在较多的问题有待继续研究。认为利用现有的热风险评估手段,通过对主反应和副反应、中间产品以及反应机理等深入的研究和剖析,是取得该问题突破的关键。The research progress of synthesis of tetrafluoroethane-β-sultone from sulfur trioxide and tetrafluoroethylene was introduced.In view of the high risk of this reaction,in order to avoid the accumulation of materials in the batch synthesis process,the choice of process route is based on the continuous synthesis process under mild process conditions.The possible causes of explosion in the synthesis process are analyzed,but there are still many problems to be further studied.It is believed that using the existing thermal risk assessment methods,through in-depth research and analysis of the main reaction and side reaction,intermediate products and reaction mechanism,is the key to achieve a breakthrough in this problem.
