摘  要:以尿素为N源,采用溶胶-凝胶法,成功合成了N掺杂二氧化钛催化剂。通过XRD和XPS表征了催化剂的结构,以甲基橙染料废水为模拟污染物,探索了N掺杂二氧化钛催化剂降解甲基橙最佳实验工艺。结果表明,当溶液pH和催化剂投加量为8和7 g/L、甲基橙初始质量浓度小于20 mg/L、催化剂循环次数小于4次时催化剂光催化性能为佳。N-doped titanium dioxide catalyst was successfully synthesized by sol-gel method using urea as N source.The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD and XPS.The methyl orange dye wastewater was used as a simulated pollutant to explore the best experimental process for the degradation of methyl orange by N-doped titanium dioxide catalyst.The results showed that the photocatalytic performance of the catalyst was the best when the solution pH and catalyst dosage were 8 and 7 g/L,the initial mass concentration of methyl orange was less than 20 mg/L,and the number of catalyst cycles was less than 4 times.
