响应曲面法优化粉煤灰合成沸石去除氟离子的工艺条件

摘  要:为了分析和预测粉煤灰合成沸石的最佳合成条件,以及探讨合成产品对氟离子的去除效果,采用Box-Behnken响应曲面法进行试验研究,以氟离子去除率为响应值,应用Design Expert 8.0软件对试验进行设计,对试验结果进行分析。研究表明最佳优化条件为:灰碱比1∶2,熔融温度570℃,煅烧时间2 h,晶化时间8 h。对此条件进行获取与验证,结果表明真实的去除率平均值为60.06%与预测值仅差2.9817%。研究证明通过响应曲面法模拟得到的优化条件预测效果良好,且最佳条件下合成的沸石除氟性能优异。In order to analyze and predict the best synthetic conditions of zeolite synthesized from fly ash and explore the removal effect of fluorine ion by synthetic products,Box Behnken response surface method was used to study the experiment,the fluorine ion removal rate was taken as the response value.The experiment was designed and analyzed by using design expert 8.0 software.Results showed that the optimum conditions are:ash alkali ratio 1∶2,melting temperature 570℃,calcination time 2 h and crystallization time 8 h.The results show that the real average removal rate is 60.06%,which is only 2.9817%worse than the prediction.The research has proved that the optimization conditions simulated by response surface method have the better prediction effect,and the zeolite synthesized under the optimal conditions has the excellent fluorine removal performance.
