推进宁夏现代枸杞产业高质量发展的思考与对策

摘　　要：文章从宁夏枸杞市场前景、种植面积、精深加工、科技研发、品牌建设和市场交易等方面分析宁夏枸杞产业发展存在的规模优势弱化、龙头企业带动能力不强、产业转型升级和融合发展等问题,提出充分发挥宁夏枸杞道地产区优势,明确“中国枸杞之乡”定位,坚持果用、叶用、茎用“三业”并举,完善“一核二带”产业布局,着力构建枸杞标准、病虫害绿色防控、检验检测和溯源“四大体系”,做优做强基地稳杞、龙头强杞、科技兴杞、质量保杞、品牌立杞和文化活杞“六大工程”的思路和对策。对树牢宁夏在全国枸杞行业领军地位,促进宁夏“四大提升行动”,助推乡村振兴战略和建设黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区具有十分重要的现实意义。The article analyzes the problems in the development of Ningxia Chinese Wolfberry industry from the perspectives of market prospects,planting area,deep processing,technological research and development,brand building,and market transactions.The article proposes to fully leverage the advantages of Chinese Wolfberry area,clarify the positioning of"hometown of Chinese Wolfberry",adhere to the comprehensive use of fruits,leaves and tubers of Chinese Wolfberry,improve the industrial layout of"one core aera and two belt aeras",focus on building the"four major systems"of Chinese Wolfberry,ie,Chinese Wolfberry standards,green prevention and control of diseases and pests,inspection and testing,and traceability,and strive to improve and strengthen the"six major projects",ie,base stability,leading Chinese Wolfberry,technology revitalization,quality assurance,brand establishment,and cultural vitality.It is of great practical significance to strengthen Ningxia's leading position in the national wolfberry industry,promote the rural revitalization strategy,and build a leading area for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
