摘  要:薄壁轴承广泛应用于机器人减速器、关节等部位,具有高硬度和小壁厚设计要求,加工面临严峻挑战。对薄壁轴承套圈的高速硬切削进行研究,采用有限元仿真技术,分析硬切削速度对加工温度和表面残余应力的影响。通过研究确认,硬切削速度对加工温度的影响为非线性关系,硬切削相比普通轴承切削,可以明显改善表面残余应力分布,延长轴承的使用寿命。The thin walled bearing is widely used in robot reducer,joint and other parts,with high hardness and small wall thickness design requirements,and processing faces severe challenge.The high speed hard cutting of thin walled bearing ring was studied,and the influence of hard cutting speed on processing temperature and surface residual stress was analyzed by finite element simulation technology.Through research,it is confirmed that the influence of hard cutting speed on processing temperature is nonlinear,and compared with ordinary bearing cutting,hard cutting can significantly improve the surface residual stress distribution and extend the service life of bearings.
