摘 要:微波成像仪是航天精密产品,在出厂前需要开展装配和一系列试验。基于双钩吊翻转原理,通过运动分解方法对设备功能进行分析,设计了微波成像仪翻转装配设备。介绍了微波成像仪翻转装配设备的结构、原理,并进行了有限元分析和试验。结果表明,这一设备运行稳定,能够满足微波成像仪翻转装配的需求。The microwave imager is a precision aerospace product,which needs to be assembled and a series of tests before leaving the factory.Based on the principle of double hook crane flipping,the equipment function was analyzed by the motion decomposition method,and the flipping and assembly for microwave imager equipment was designed.The structure and principle of the flipping and assembly equipment for microwave imager were introduced,and the finite element analysis and experiment were carried out.The results show that the equipment runs stably and can meet the need of the microwave imager′s flipping and assembly.
