新时代新乡贤参与乡村振兴的行动逻辑探析——基于“团结结构—资源禀赋”框架的多案例研究

摘　　要：基于全国四个不同地区的田野调查,进行典型个案解剖与类型比较,以“团结结构—资源禀赋”为分析维度,对新乡贤振兴乡村模式进行分类研究。研究发现,不同的结构状态塑造了新乡贤的四种行动类型,即公益行动、道义行动、形式行动、经营行动。只有在强团结/弱资源和强团结/强资源结构下,新乡贤的行动才表现出公共性和公益性的一面,不会出现排斥弱势农民群体的现象。研究进一步辨析了新乡贤的内涵,拓展了新乡贤振兴乡村的作用机制分析,亦为相关部门决策提供参考。Based on field investigations in four different regions of the country,this paper conducts a typical case anatomy and type comparison,taking“solidarity structure-resource structure”as the analysis dimension,and conducts a classification study on the rural revitalization model of New county sage.The study found that different structural states have shaped the four rural revitalization models and the four types of actions of the new rural sages,namely public welfare actions,moral actions,formal actions,and business actions.Only under the strong solidarity/weak resource structure and strong solidarity/strong resource structure can the actions of New county sages shows the side of publicity and public welfare,and the practice of rural revitalization will not exclude the phenomenon of disadvantaged peasant groups.The research further analyzes the connotation of rural sages,expands the analysis of the role mechanism of rural sages in revitalizing the countryside,and also provides reference for relevant departments to make decisions.
