都市圈圈层与范围划定方法及重庆实践研究

摘　　要：都市圈是大城市地域空间形态演化的高级形式,都市圈的核心城市与周边区域存在超越行政区划范围的功能联系,其空间范围的界定是研究和规划都市圈的基础。研究从都市圈的发展演变入手,基于都市圈的圈层式扩展,从实体地域、功能联系、辐射影响等视角开展研究,提出都市圈具有核心圈、紧密圈和辐射圈三圈层结构。在此基础上,辨析圈层间的功能联系特征,确定可用于表征功能联系的数据及阈值,使用多源数据通过划定各个圈层确定都市圈范围。研究通过划定重庆都市圈范围总结了重庆都市圈的发展阶段特征,并从交通、产业和公共服务三个方面提出关于都市圈规划建设的思考。Metropolitan area is the higher form in urban space evolution,as its core area closely connected to surrounding areas in functions,regardless of administrative boundaries.The research starts from the development of metropolitan and based on its expanding process.From the perspective of locations,functional connections and reaches,the research puts forward a three-layer structure of metropolitan,which is composed by core circle,close circle and influenced circle.It analyzes the functional connections among the circles,specifies representative parameters and data,and delimits different circles in metropolitan area.Based on the practice of metropolitan area delimitation in Chongqing,the research concludes its characters in stages,and throw out suggestions in transportation,industry,and public service.
