摘　　要：加强乡村风貌管控对乡村实现高质量发展、高品质生活、高水平治理具有重要作用。文章以浏阳市陈桥村为例,将行动者网络理论引入其风貌管控工作,构建了“政府部门核心主导、各行动者协同配合”的乡村风貌管控行动者网络,在对陈桥村风貌管控行动者网络进行分析的基础上,提出了以国土空间规划引领乡村全域全要素风貌管控、全方位保障乡村风貌管控实施、完善“一张图”实施监督信息系统监管的乡村风貌管控策略,以期为乡村风貌管控相关研究及管理工作提供借鉴。Strengthening the control of rural features plays an important role in high-quality rural development,high-quality life,and high-level governance.Taking Chenqiao village,Liuyang city as an example,the article introduces the theory of actor network into village feature governance,and constructs an actor network"led by the core of government departments and coordinated by various actors."With an analysis of the feature governance actor network of Chenqiao village,it proposes the governance strategies of rural features:all elements governance with territorial spatial planning,comprehensive insurance of rural feature implementation,and integration of"one map"information system of implementation monitoring.It provides a reference for the research and management of rural feature governance.
