上海虹桥前湾地区“城水交融”的生态城市设计探析

摘　　要：在生态文明建设的新时代背景下,滨水地区更应把握生态优势,滨水地区的城市设计应以生态建设为基底优化发展格局,充分释放发展动能。基于此,上海虹桥前湾地区依据生态特征及区位优势开展了“城水交融”的生态城市设计,以“五分水景五分城”的设计意向为指引,塑造因水成形的生态城市、向水而居的健康城市、因水而兴的多元城市,并通过构筑空间格局、强化风貌要素管控、营造健康宜居的魅力特色空间、打造创新多元的空间单元等手段,给出将“绿水青山转化为金山银山”的生态城市设计前湾“答卷”。Waterfront areas in the era of ecological civilization shall fully take advantage of their development forces based on ecological construction.The urban design of Qianwan area of Hongqiao,Shanghai puts forwards the concept of"city and water integration"based on its ecological characters and locational advantages.Under the conceptual guidance of"half water and half city",the plan proposes building spatial pattern basis,strengthening cityscape control,creating health and characteristic spaces,and establishing multiple new spatial units,to realize the vision of ecological,healthy,and diverse city.The ecological urban design presents the Qianwan response to"converting green mountains to golden mountains".
