嗓音行为学干预结合药物治疗对6例儿童声带小结干预成效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨嗓音行为学干预结合药物治疗对儿童声带小结的干预成效。方法选择2022年7~8月北京儿童医院耳鼻咽喉科头颈外科就诊的6例声带小结患儿,干预前后分别对患儿进行嗓音听感知评估、声学评估及空气动力学评估,观察嗓音干预效果。结果喉镜检查结果显示,2例患儿声带小结完全消失,其余4例均较干预前缩小;听感知评估、声学评估及空气动力学评估结果均有不同程度改善。结论嗓音行为学干预结合药物治疗可有效促进儿童声带小结的恢复,提升患儿嗓音生活品质。Objective This study aimed to explore the effects of voice behavioral intervention combined with drug therapy on children's vocal nodules.Methods 6 children with vocal nodules who visited the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery,Beijing Children's Hospital from July to August 2022 were selected for voice intervention.Before and after the intervention,the children were evaluated for auditory perception,acoustics,and aerodynamics.The effects of voice intervention were observed.Results Laryngoscopy showed that the nodules of vocal cords disappeared completely in 2 cases and shrank in the other 4 cases.The evaluation results demonstrated that children who received treatments improved to varying degrees on auditory perception skill,acoustic test,and aerodynamic evaluation tests.Conclusion Voice behavioral intervention combined with drug therapy can effectively improve the recovery of vocal nodules and the quality of life of voice in children.
