成人语后聋患者配戴助听器效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价成人语后聋患者经专业助听器使用指导前后配戴助听器的效果,为政府制定政策提供依据。方法追踪随访获得政府资助助听器的听力障碍患者23人(男13人,女10人),平均年龄58.5±1.1岁。采用问卷评估的方式对专业助听器使用指导前及指导2周后的效果进行评价。问卷选择助听器效果国际性问卷(international outcome inventory for hearing aids,IOI-HA)。结果①在给患者专业助听器使用指导前后的问卷评估中,患者对问卷中7个问题的评分具有显著差异(t=-2.86、-4.09、-2.49、-2.45、-3.27、-3.81、-3.59,P<0.05),患者经指导后,配戴助听器效果显著提高;②指导前患者对配戴助听器效果总体评价不满意,总分仅16.17,指导后患者配戴助听器效果总体评价提高至23.74。评分间具有显著差异(t=-3.62,P<0.05)。结论政府在制定助听器配发政策时,除了助听器设备本身,还应将为患者提供助听器验配相关服务列入其中。Objective To evaluate the levels of satisfaction of post-lingual hearing-impaired adults wearing the hearing aid.To provide the basis for the government to formulate policies.Methods A total of 23 hearing-impaired patients(13 males,10 females)with an average age of 58.5±1.1 years who received government-funded hearing aids were followed up.A questionnaire was used to evaluate the effects of professional hearing aid instruction before and after 2 weeks of professional hearing aid instruction.The international outcome inventory for hearing aids(IOI-HA)was selected.Results In the two questionnaire evaluations before and after the patients receiving the professional hearing aid use guidance,there were significant differences between the two scores of the seven questions in the questionnaire(t=-2.86,-4.09,-2.49,-2.45,-3.27,-3.81,-3.59,P<0.05).After the patients received the professional hearing aid use guidance,the effects of wearing hearing aid were significantly improved.Before the professional hearing aid instruction,patients were not satisfied with the overall evaluation of the effects of wearing hearing aids,and the total score was only 16.17.After the professional hearing aid instruction,the overall evaluation of the effects of wearing hearing aids increased to 23.74.There was a significant difference between the two scores(t=-3.62,P<0.05).Conclusion When formulating the policy of hearing aid distribution,the government should include the services of hearing aid fitting for patients in addition to the hearing aid equipment itself.
