摘 要:在公立医院高质量发展的背景下,医疗改革不断深入,对医院的医疗服务能力提出了更高的要求。为全面落实医院“五好两满意”服务理念,促使临床科室将更多的时间和精力放在业务提升、服务患者上,增进职能部门与临床科室之间的联系,提升职能部门服务临床科室效能,突出为临床一线办实事、解难事,某地级市三级公立医院积极探索职能部门包联临床科室工作模式,并付诸于实践。通过构建组织架构,明确包联任务,设立工作机制等,取得了一定的成效,并在实践中发现问题,不断思考,持续改进。In the context of the quality development of public hospitals,medical reforms are deepening,posing higher demands on the service capacity of the hospitals.In order to fully implement the service concept of“good jobs in five aspects and satisfactions by both patients and staff”,the clinical department was encouraged to devote more time and energy to improving professional skills and patient care.Efforts were made to strengthen the connection between functional and clinical departments,and increase the work efficiency of functional departments to better serve clinical departments.A tertiary public hospital in a city actively worked on the joint mechanism between functional and clinical departments,and put it into practice.By forming an organizational structure,defining specific missions and establishing working mechanisms,achievements have been made,and at the same time,problems were identified and improved.
