摘　　要：新冠疫情防控政策优化调整后,医疗机构均可收治新冠病毒感染患者,这无疑给医疗机构带来新的挑战。北京协和医院迅速响应,秉承“保健康、防重症、防病亡”的理念,通过实行标准化管理、统筹调配全院医疗资源、完善全方位抗疫的综合救治体系等一系列措施,提高疫情期间应急救治能力,以确保患者尤其是危重症患者获得及时有效的救治。After the optimized adjustment of COVID-19 prevention and control policies in China,all hospitals are allowed to receive COVID-19 patients,which poses new challenges to many medical institutions.Following the principles of“Protecting otherwise healthy individuals,preventing severe cases,and preventing deaths”,Peking Union Medical College Hospital has quickly optimized the emergency treatment systems by implementing standardized management,re-allocating medical resources,and strengthening the comprehensive treatment capacity,thus ensuring the timely and effective treatment of COVID-19 patients,especially the critical cases.
