摘 要:炭基催化法多污染物协同脱除技术在钢铁、发电、化工等行业具有广阔的应用前景。从炭基催化剂的再生原理、再生工艺等方面,阐述了再生气的生成过程及成分特点;分析了再生气对再生塔本体及再生气输送系统造成的不利影响。从再生塔本体的设计、制造、安装及运行,管路输送系统的选型、冷凝酸的收集处理和预洗涤装置的布置等方面提出了再生系统的工艺优化措施,为保障炭基催化法脱硫脱硝再生系统的稳定运行提供参考。The collaborative removal of multiple pollutants by carbo-based catalysis has broad application prospects in steel,power generation,chemical industry and other industries.From the aspects of regeneration principle and technology of carbon based catalyst,the formation process and composition characteristics of regenerated gas were described.The adverse effects of regenerating gas on regenerating tower body and regenerating gas conveying system are analyzed.The process optimization measures of the regeneration system are put forward from the aspects of the design,manufacture,installation and operation of the regeneration tower body,the selection of pipeline conveying system,the collection and treatment of condensing acid and the arrangement of pre-washing device,etc.,which can provide reference for the stable operation of the carbon-based catalytic desulfurization and denitrification regeneration system.
