摘 要:为拓宽排水沥青混合料中集料的选材范围,研究以硬质砂岩作为粗集料应用于排水沥青混合料的可行性。比较硬质砂岩与玄武岩PAC-16混合料在标准马歇尔击实与旋转压实条件下的空隙率衰变特征与级配细化特性,揭示硬质砂岩PAC-16混合料空隙率对动态模量的影响规律,并测试硬质砂岩PAC-16混合料的各项路用性能。结果表明,与玄武岩PAC-16混合料相比,硬质砂岩PAC-16混合料的最佳油石比略高,在荷载作用下其集料压碎带来的级配细化与空隙率衰减现象略快,但在适当降低空隙率的前提下其力学性能与玄武岩PAC-16混合料相近。硬质砂岩PAC-16混合料的各项路用性能基本满足排水路面相关规范要求,且与玄武岩PAC-16混合料相近。In order to broaden the selection range of aggregate used in drainage asphalt mixture,the feasibility of using hard sandstone as coarse aggregate in drainage asphalt mixture was studied.The void rate decay characteristics and gradation refinement characteristics of hard sandstone and basalt PAC-16 drainage asphalt mixture sampled by standard Marshall and gyratory compaction conditions were compared.The influence of void rate on dynamic modulus of hard sandstone PAC-16 mixture was revealed,and the road performances of hard sandstone PAC-16 mixture were tested.The results show that compared with basalt PAC-16 mixture,the optimum asphalt content of hard sandstone PAC-16 mixture is slightly higher,the gradation refinement and void rate attenuation caused by aggregate crushing under load are slightly faster,but its mechanical properties are similar to basalt PAC-16 mixture on the premise of properly reducing the void rate of hard sandstone PAC-16 mixture.The road performances of hard sandstone PAC-16 mixture are similar to basalt PAC-16 mixture,which basically meet the requirements of drainage pavement specifications.
