摘 要:针对高精度弧齿锥齿轮在啮合过程中齿面接触动态变化问题,分析了弧齿锥齿轮齿面加工原理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮齿面方程,计算创建模型所需要的齿面离散点方程,准确求解出齿面各点的坐标,建立了弧齿锥齿轮的三维模型。构建弧齿锥齿轮有限元模型,采用瞬态动力学模块分析弧齿锥齿轮啮合过程中齿面接触应力的动态变化,得到弧齿锥齿轮大轮凹面接触印痕,与实验得到的弧齿锥齿轮大轮齿面接触印痕进行对比分析。结果表明,仿真和实验得到的接触印痕都符合设计准则中接触区域的范围,能够满足弧齿锥齿轮实际使用要求。Aiming at the dynamic change of the tooth surface contact of the high-precision spiral bevel gear during the meshing process,the principle of the tooth surface processing of the spiral bevel gear is analyzed and the tooth surface equation of the spiral bevel gear is established.The tooth surface dispersion point equation,which is employed to construct the model of the spiral bevel gear,is used to accurately calculate the coordinates of each point on the tooth surface and establish a three-dimensional model of the spiral bevel gear.The finite element model of spiral bevel gears is created,and the transient dynamics module is used to analyze the dynamic changes of the tooth surface contact stress during the meshing process of the spiral bevel gears.The contact impressions on the concave surface of the big spiral bevel gears are obtained,which are compared with that of the big spiral bevel gears obtained from the experiment.The results show that the contact impressions obtained by simulation and experiment meet the requirements of the contact area in the design criteria,and can meet the practical utilization requirements of spiral bevel gears.
