摘 要:AQP蛋白对维持细胞水分运输具有重要的作用,在植物响应干旱胁迫中起着重要的作用。文章对西藏沙棘AQP基因进行测序及生物信息学分析,总结AQP基因的核苷酸序列和氨基酸序列信息等,与NCBI中Blast得到的不同种同源性较高的AQP序列进行多重序列比较构建进化树。结果表明获得的西藏沙棘AQP基因的碱基数量为481个,其编码160个氨基酸;二级结构及三级结构预测一致,有3个跨膜区,与Quercus petraea相似性最高,其蛋白功能及结构可能更相近。本次研究可为西藏沙棘AQP基因在抗旱功能上的研究提供理论依据。AQP protein plays an important role in maintaining cellular water transport and in plant response to drought stress.This paper made a sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of Hippophae rhamnoides AQP gene,and summarized the nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence information of AQP gene.Multiple sequence comparisons were performed with AQP sequences with high homology obtained by Blast in NCBI to construct an evolutionary tree.The results showed that the number of bases of Hippophae rhamnoides AQP gene was 481,and the AQP gene fragment encoded 160 amino acids.The prediction of secondary structure and tertiary structure is consistent,with 3 transmembrane regions,which are the most similar to Quercus petraea.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the study of the drought resistance function of AQP gene in Hippophae rhamnoides.
