犬左向右动脉导管分流并发严重左心衰的病例报告

摘　　要：1只6月龄的边境牧羊犬,发育迟缓,运动不耐受,近期因食欲下降、频繁发生晕厥转至我院就诊。通过病史调查、一般临床检查、实验室检查和影像学检查,患犬确诊为左向右动脉导管分流并发严重左心衰,并伴有肺水肿和疑似肺动脉高压。采取在围手术期持续静脉滴注呋塞米配合口服生理盐水或林格氏液,并择期实施分流导管结扎术的治疗方案。至术后71 d时,患犬恢复良好。诊疗结果表明,该治疗方案可减少术后电解质紊乱等不良反应的发生,对犬PDA合并左心衰的治疗有效可行。A 6-month-old border collie with developmental delay and exercise intolerance,which recently transferred to our hospital due to decreased appetite and frequent syncope.Through history investigation,general clinical examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination,the dog was diagnosed as left-to-right shunting patent ductus arteriosus complicated with severe left heart failure,and accompanied by pulmonary edema and suspected pulmonary hypertension.The treatment plan of continuous intravenous infusion of furosemide combined with oral normal saline or Ringer's solution during perioperative period and selective ligation of shunt catheter were adopted.The dog recovered well at 71 days after operation.The results of diagnosis and treatment showed that this treatment scheme can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as electrolyte disturbance after operation,and is effective and feasible for the treatment of canine PDA complicated with left heart failure.
