摘　　要：利用以烯丙孕素为主诱导家猫同期发情后进行超数排卵的方法,为家猫胚胎移植等繁殖技术在猫繁育与生产中的应用提供参考。通过给母猫口服烯丙孕素(ALT)后再进行超排处理,建立了一种新型调控母猫发情和超数排卵的方法。对卵巢形态状况进行分析,并对口服烯丙孕素后进行超排的母猫发情状况和卵子质量进行测定,结果表明,口服烯丙孕素的母猫超排后的卵巢囊肿率较低,卵巢排卵点数也有明显增多,较传统母猫同期发情调节后进行超排的方法有明显优势,为解决猫人工繁育技术的关键技术难点提供新途径。The method of superovulation and estrus synchronization in domestic cats was induced by altrenogest in order to provide reference for the application of domestic cat embryo transfer and other reproduction techniques in cat breeding and production.A new method for regulating estrus and superovulation in female cats was established by giving female cats oral altrenogest(ALT)and then superovulation.The morphological status of ovary was analyzed,and the estrus status and oocytes quality of female cats superovulated after oral administration of allyl progesterone were analyzed.the results showed that the rate of ovarian cyst after superovulation was lower in female cats taking all prost.The number of ovarian ovulation points also increased significantly,which had obvious advantages over the traditional method of superovulation after simultaneous estrus regulation.A key technical difficulty in the artificial breeding of cats has been solved.
