摘　　要：目的总结1例腓骨肌皮瓣移植重建上颌骨成釉细胞瘤术后缺损的个案护理,为颌骨重建术后患者的精细化护理提供参考。方法回顾性分析并总结2021年我院口腔颌面外科收治的1例上颌骨成釉细胞瘤颌骨重建患者的临床资料与护理方法。结果患者恢复好,可经口进食,使用辅助用具下床活动,顺利出院。结论根据患者情况制订个性化护理措施,促进患者整体康复,帮助患者尽早回归社会,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To summarize the nursing of a case of reconstruction of maxillary ameloblastoma defect with fibular myocutaneous flap,and provide reference for nursing of patients after jaw reconstruction.Methods The clinical data and nursing intervention of one patient with maxillary defect were analyzed.Results The patient recovered well,she achieve the goal of oral feeding and early ground mobility.Conclusion Individual nursing measures should be formulated based on the patient's condition,in order to promote patient's overall rehabilitation,help them return to society as soon as possible,and improve their quality of life.
