摘　　要：心血管疾病是全球死亡的主要原因,其中心力衰竭和急性心肌梗死占比最高。成人的心脏受损后无法再生是阻碍心血管疾病疗效的重要因素。近几年,研究发现通过控制心肌细胞的去分化和增殖能促进心脏再生,为治疗心血管疾病提供了潜在的靶点。因此,了解心肌细胞去分化和增殖的调控机制,寻找促进方法成为心脏再生研究领域的热点。在这里,我们回顾了心肌细胞增殖的方式,简述了影响心肌细胞增殖的因素,探讨了当下心肌细胞增殖研究领域的进展。Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death in the world,with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction accounting for the highest proportion.The inability of adult heart to regenerate after injury is an important factor hindering the efficacy of cardiovascular disease.In recent years,studies have found that cardiac regeneration can be promoted by controlling the dedifferentiation and proliferation of myocardial cells,which provides a potential target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,understanding the regulatory mechanism of cardiomyocyte proliferation and looking for ways to promote cardiomyocyte proliferation have become a hot topic in the field of heart regeneration research.Here,we reviewed the way of cardiomyocyte proliferation,briefly described the factors affecting cardiomyocyte proliferation,and discussed the current progress in the field of cardiomyocyte proliferation.
