摘 要:以国家二级重点保护野生植物夏蜡梅(Calycanthus chinensis)为材料,对杭州植物园的夏蜡梅进行了迁地保护研究,通过设置200 mg/L赤霉素溶液(A)、400 mg/L赤霉素溶液(B)和清水对照(CK)3种不同的处理,对夏蜡梅种子大小、种子萌发和植株生长量等进行了研究,以期为夏蜡梅这一濒危植物的保护和利用提供科学依据。结果表明:①夏蜡梅种子长(14.353±0.327)mm,宽(7.105±0.159)mm,厚(6.180±0.063)mm;长宽比为2.021±0.063,种子千粒重(270.313±1.160)g;②不同处理对夏蜡梅种子萌发率的影响极显著(p<0.01),200 mg/L赤霉素处理的种子萌发率最高,为84.44±3.44%;③一年生夏蜡梅幼苗的苗高32.62±0.30 cm,地径1.15±0.03 cm;④对不同树龄夏蜡梅幼苗的生长量持续观测,夏蜡梅苗高和地径年生长量均有1个明显的高峰期,均为第4年,峰值分别达32.58 cm和0.28 cm。Calycanthus chinensis is a second-grade key protected wild plant in China.using Calycanthus chinensis as experimental materials,this study aimed to investigate ex situ conservation of C.chinensis in Hangzhou Botanical Garden,focusing on seeds size,seeds germination,and growth monitoring of C.chinensis with three different treatments:200 mg/L gibberellin solution(A),400 mg/L gibberellin solution(B)and water(CK).Results showed that:The average seed length,width,and thickness of C.chinensis were(14.353±0.327)mm,(7.105±0.159)mm,and(6.180±0.063)mm,respectively;the length and width rate was 2.021±0.063,and weight of thousand seeds was(270.313±1.160)g.The effects of different treatments had high significant difference(p<0.01)on the germination rate;The germination rate of seeds soaked in 200 mg/L gibberellin was the highest,being 84.44±3.44%;The average height and ground diameter of 1-year-old seedlings were 32.62±0.30cm and 1.15±0.03cm,respectively;Long-term observation showed that both the annual height and ground diameter growth of C.chinensis had a peak period in the fourth year,reaching to 32.58 cm and 0.28 cm.This study provides scientific basis for the conservation and utilization of C.chinensis.
