摘  要:钢木组合结构是现代钢结构与传统木结构相结合的一种高效混合结构方式,自攻螺钉连接是钢木组合结构及构件中常见的连接形式,其连接处的界面滑移特性是影响构件力学性能的关键因素.针对木-木及轻钢-木自攻螺钉连接,开展了单调荷载和循环荷载下的抗剪性能试验,探究了连接的荷载-滑移响应、滞回性能、承载能力、强度及刚度退化规律.试验结果表明:轻钢-木自攻螺钉连接在荷载作用下表现出较高的承载力和较好的延性,与木-木自攻螺钉连接发生螺钉杆剪断的破坏不同,轻钢-木自攻螺钉连接主要发生螺帽嵌入木材的延性破坏,由杨木胶合板制成的连接整体承载力高于OSB板制成的连接.轻钢-木自攻螺钉连接在循环荷载作用下其平均强度退化及平均刚度退化显著.进一步探究了Foschi和Folz理论模型对单调荷载下连接非线性荷载滑移响应的适用性,理论拟合结果与试验结果吻合较好,研究结果可用于指导未来轻钢-木自攻螺钉连接的设计与有限元分析工作.Steel-timber composite structure is a high-efficiency hybrid structure combining modern steel and traditional timber structures.Self-tapping screw connection is a common connection form in the STC structure and members,whose interface slip characteristics significantly affect the mechanical properties of the members.Shear performance tests under monotonic and cyclic loads were conducted for timber-timber and light steel-timber self-tapping connections to investigate the load-slip response,hysteresis performance,load-bearing capacity,and strength and stiffness degradation of the connections.The test results demonstrated that the light steel-timber self-tapping screw connections exhibited enhanced load capacity and ductility.While timber-timber connections occurred under the screw rod shear damage,light steel-timber connections mainly occurred under the ductile damage of the screw cap embedded in the timber.The overall load-bearing capacity of the connections made of poplar plywood was higher than that of the OSB boards.The average strength and stiffness degradation of light steel-timber self-tapping screw connections under cyclic loading are significant.The applicability of the Foschi and Folz theoretical models to the nonlinear loadslip response of the connections under monotonic loading was further investigated,and the theoretical fitting results agree well with the experimental results.This study can be further used to guide the design and finite element analysis of light steel-timber self-tapping screw connections.
