摘 要:采用一步水热法制备了镉(Cd)、钯(Pd)共掺氧化锌(ZnO)纳米材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱和光致发光(PL)光谱对制备的样品进行了表征与分析,并对其氢气(H_(2))气敏性能进行了系统测试分析。实验制得样品为六方纤锌矿晶体结构,具有良好的结晶度;Cd、Pd的掺入改善了ZnO的结构,调控晶体缺陷;基于Cd、Pd共掺ZnO基传感器的检测体积分数、响应恢复时间和工作温度都有明显降低;并且该材料在60℃低温下对H_(2)仍具有良好的响应。最后,对Cd、Pd共掺ZnO的气敏原理也进行了探讨。Cd and Pd co-doping ZnO nanomaterial are prepared by one-step hydrothermal method.The samples are characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scaning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy,and the H_(2) gas sensitive properties are systematically tested and analyzed.The samples obtained from the experiment have hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure and good crystallinity.The doping of Cd and Pd effectively improves the structure of ZnO and regulates crystal defects.Detection concentration,response recovery time and working temperature of sensors based on Cd and Pd co-doping ZnO are decreased obviously.And this kind of material still has good response to H_(2) at 60℃.Finally,gas sensitive principle of Cd and Pd co-doping ZnO is also discussed.
