摘 要:为改进碳纤维电极低频电场响应能力差、无法快速稳定的问题,采用浓硝酸氧化+接枝N-(β—氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH—792)的改性方法,制备了一种新型碳纤维海洋电场电极,并探索了碳纤维电极的电化学性能以及电场响应性能在改性前后的变化,并通过表征手段研究了改性前后电极表面形貌及官能团变化。结果表明:浓硝酸氧化过后的碳纤维表面粗糙程度加深以及表面积增大,接枝KH—792后,改性碳纤维表面引入氮氧官能团,表面活性提高。电场响应测试结果表明:改性电极对的低频容抗现象改善,且不需要额外的稳定时间就能够正确响应1 mHz~1 Hz频段内的小信号,对电场强度为6.2 mV/m的发射信号,在频率1 mHz和10 mHz下,改性碳纤维电极对响应失真度分别为37.638%和12.246%,能响应完整的低频信号。In order to improve the problem of poor performance of carbon fiber electrodes on the low frequency electric field response and can’t fastly stable,a new kind of carbon fiber ocean electric field electrode is prepared by dense nitric acid oxidation+grafting of N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane(KH—792)modification method.The electrochemical properties of carbon fiber electrodes and the performance changes on electric field response before and after modification are investigated.Change of surface morphology and functional groups of the electrodes are studied before and after modification by characterization methods.The results show that the surface roughness of carbon fibers oxidized by concentrated nitric acid is greater and the surface area is larger.After KH—792 is grafted,nitrogen and oxygen functional groups are introduced into the surface of the modified carbon fibers,and the surface activity is improved.The results of the electric field response test show that the low frequency capacitance reactance of the modified electrode pair is improved.The modified electrodes can correctly respond to small signals in the frequency band from 1 mHz to 1 Hz without additional stabilization time.The distortion of the response of the modified carbon fiber electrodes to the emitted signal with electric field strength of 6.2 mV/m is 37.638%and 12.246%at the frequency of 1 mHz and 10 mHz,respectively.It can respond to complete low frequency signal.
