摘 要:对Mag648三轴磁通门传感器的非正交误差、刻度因子误差、零偏误差等问题进行了研究。仿真分析了同一姿态下,不同量级的误差对测量结果的影响,以及不同姿态下,同一误差对测量结果的影响。结果表明:非正交误差对测量结果的影响大于刻度因子,零偏误差对测量结果的影响最小;并且非正交误差与零偏误差引起的测量误差随姿态的改变而变化,而由刻度因子误差引起的测量误差不随姿态改变而变化。最后根据仿真结果,给出了测量精度与传感器误差参数的关系。Non-orthogonal error,scale factor error,and zero bias error of the Mag648 three-axis fluxgate sensors are researched.Influence of different magnitude errors on the measurement results under the same attitude is simulated and analyzed,as well as the influence of the same error on the measurement results under different attitudes.The results show that the influence of non-orthogonal error on the measurement result is more than the scale factor,and the zero offset error has the smallest influence on the measurement result,and the measurement error caused by the non-orthogonal error and the zero offset error varies with the change of attitude,and the measurement error caused by the scale factor does not change with the change of the attitude.Finally,the relationship between the measurement precision and the sensor error parameters is given according to the simulation results.
