摘  要:废砖再生集料是一种典型的建筑垃圾再生材料,常被用来代替部分天然粗集料用于公路基层建设,以节约建筑材料。为了考察公路基层建设中废砖再生集料的可掺入数量,文章研究了废砖再生集料掺入量对粗集料压碎值、水泥稳定碎石混合料抗压强度、水稳定性等路用性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:粗集料压碎值会随着废砖再生集料掺入量的增大而降低,水泥稳定碎石混合料的抗压强度、水稳定性均会随着废砖再生集料掺入量的增大而降低;用于一级公路和高速公路基层建设时,废砖再生集料的掺入量不应大于50%;用于二级及二级以下公路基层建设时,废砖再生集料的掺入量不应大于65%。Waste brick recycled aggregate is a typical kind of construction waste recycled material,which is often used to replace some natural coarse aggregate for highway base construction to save building materials.In order to investigate the allowable amount of waste brick recycled aggregate in highway base construction,this paper studies the influence law of the amount of waste brick recycled aggregate on the road performance such as the crushing value of coarse aggregate,the compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam mixture and water stability.The test results show that the crushing value of coarse aggregate will decrease with the increase of waste brick recycled aggregate,and the compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam mixture and water stability will decrease with the increase of waste brick recycled aggregate.When it is used in the first-class highway and expressway base construction,the amount of waste brick recycled aggregate should not be more than 50%;when it is used in the second-class highway and highway below second-class base construction,the amount of waste brick recycled aggregate should not be more than 65%.
