橡胶沥青碎石封层作用机理及施工技术探讨

摘　　要：为提高公路使用寿命,推广橡胶沥青碎石封层施工技术,文章首先分析了橡胶沥青碎石封层的作用机理,及橡胶沥青碎石封层的技术要求;然后探讨了有关施工因素对橡胶沥青性能的影响,包括搅拌温度、搅拌时间,基于此分析了橡胶沥青碎石封层的施工要求与流程;最后结合具体道路工程施工进行应用试验,结果表明橡胶沥青碎石封层技术值得推广应用。In order to improve the service life of highway and promote the rubber asphalt macadam seal construction technology,this paper first analyzes the action mechanism and the technical requirements of rubber asphalt macadam seal.Then,the influence of construction factors on the performance of rubber asphalt is discussed,including mixing temperature and mixing time.Based on this,the construction requirements and process of rubber asphalt macadam seal are analyzed.Finally,the application test is carried out in combination with the specific road engineering construction.The results show that the rubber asphalt macadam seal technology is worthy of popularization and application.
