摘  要:文章结合株洲市某环保沥青混合料生产基地厂房设计工程实例,首先分析基地钢结构厂房总体规划设计,然后分析沥青混合料生产钢结构厂房重点结构设计,其中,东侧堆料区钢结构柱与混凝土堆料挡墙设计采用一种脱缝技术,有效避免了温度应力对结构产生的不利影响;西侧设备塔楼区大跨度超高重型钢结构厂房设计中,对于大跨度超高重型钢结构厂房,屋盖设置纵横向角钢水平支撑与交叉角钢桁架柱间支撑,形成封闭系统,确保了结构的整体刚度和稳定性;车行通道区托梁转换设计中,对细部设计托梁转换节点构造。Based on the plant design project of an environmentally friendly asphalt mixture production base in Zhuzhou City,this paper first analyzes the overall planning and design of the steel structure plant of the base,and then analyzes the key structural design of the steel structure plant for asphalt mixture production.Among them,the design of the steel structure column and the concrete stacking retaining wall in the east stacking area adopts a joint separation technology,which effectively avoids the adverse effects of temperature stress on the structure.In the design of large-span,ultra-high and heavy-duty steel structure plant in the west equipment tower area,for the large-span,ultra-high and heavy-duty steel structure plant,vertical and horizontal angle steel horizontal support and cross angle steel truss column support are set in the roof,forming a closed system to ensure the overall stiffness and stability of the structure.In the joist conversion design of the vehicle passage area,the structure of the joist conversion node is designed in detail.
