摘 要:在建筑行业高速发展的新时期背景下,高层建筑工程的建造数量逐渐增多。地下室是提高项目服务质量、满足广大住户多样化需求的重要结构,确保其施工质量及各项性能参数达标尤为重要。因此,文章针对高层建筑地下室沉降缝漏水的处理施工技术进行研究,分析地下室沉降缝的漏水的原因,结合实际工程案例介绍施工技术的具体应用,最后提出一系列漏水处理施工质量提升措施,以提高高层建筑地下室结构的稳固性和安全性。In the new era context of the rapid development of the construction industry,the number of high-rise building projects is gradually increasing.The basement is an important structure to improve the service quality of the project and meet the diversified needs of the residents.It is particularly important to ensure that its construction quality and various performance parameters meet the standards.Therefore,this paper studies the construction technology of settlement joint leakage treatment in the basement of high-rise buildings,analyzes the causes for the leakage of settlement joints in the basement,introduces the specific application of construction technology in combination with practical engineering cases,and finally puts forward a series of measures to improve the construction quality of water leakage treatment,so as to improve the stability and safety of the basement structure of high-rise buildings.
