摘  要:北江白石窑一线船闸上下游引航道导靠船段采用地下连续墙+贴面组合形式,地连墙作为纵向挡水围堰的同时兼作船闸导航墙与靠船墩,外部混凝土贴面结构布置钢护木及系船钩,为过往船舶停靠及防撞提供必要保障。贴面结构采用逆作法分层分块进行施工,文章提出采用木盒预埋+特制钢护木大模板进行贴面混凝土施工,保证了整体施工质量,确保了钢护木和系船钩预埋件的安装精度,同时实现混凝土一次成型目标,避免了钢护木、系船钩的二次安装。The guiding and berthing section of the upstream and downstream approach channels of Baishiyao first-line ship lock on Beijiang River adopts the combination form of underground continuous wall and veneer.The underground continuous wall is simultaneously used as the longitudinal water retaining cofferdam and the guide wall and berthing pier of the ship lock.The external concrete veneer structure is arranged with steel aprons and mooring hooks,which provides the necessary guarantee for the berthing and collision prevention of passing ships.The veneer structure is constructed in layers and blocks by inverse method.This paper proposes to use wooden box pre-embedment+special steel apron large formwork for veneer concrete construction,which ensures the overall construction quality and the installation accuracy of steel apron and mooring hook embedded parts,and achieves the goal of one-time concrete molding, avoiding the secondary installation of the steelapron and mooring hook.
