双机抬吊法在小箱梁架设施工中的应用——以开春高速公路TJ08施工段项目为例

摘　　要：针对架桥机在高速公路小箱梁架设施工中的极限性,文章以开春高速公路TJ08施工段项目为工程实例,重点介绍了采用2台汽车起重机双机抬吊法在不同工况下架设20 m、25 m预制小箱梁的关键工序,进行了总体工效分析,最终施工质量及架设工效达到了预期的效果,旨在为类似工程提供参考。In view of the limitations of bridge erecting machine in the construction of small box girders on expressways,this paper takes the TJ08 construction section project of Kaiping–Yangchun Expressway as an example,and focuses on the key procedures of erecting 20 m and 25 m prefabricated small box girders under different working conditions by using two truck cranes.The overall efficiency analysis is carried out,and the final construction quality and erection efficiency achieve the expected results,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
