摘 要:淠河六安市城南水利枢纽工程(节制闸)是六安市目前最大的单体水工建筑物,其闸门的吊装作为超危大项目受到各参建方的关注。由于节制闸启闭机房施工在闸门制作完成之前,闸门吊装时上部结构已经完成,造成闸门吊装作业空间狭小,而且闸门需要实现在空中90°旋转(由水平至垂直)。中国安能集团第二工程局有限公司(以下简称安能二局)通过精心组织解决了上述工程难题,提前安全、高效地完成了闸门吊装,实现了较大的社会和经济效益,故文章对安能二局在此施工项目中采用的闸门吊装工艺和吊装安全措施进行分析介绍,该工程的施工经验在同类型工程中推广应用。The Chengnan Water Control Project(control gate)on Pi River in Liu'an City is the largest single hydraulic structure in Liu'an City at present.The hoisting of its gate as a high-risk project has attracted the attention of all construction parties.Because the construction of the control gate hoist room is completed before the completion of the gate production,the upper structure has been completed during the gate hoisting,resulting in a narrow working space for the gate hoisting,and the gate needs to be rotated 90°in the air(from horizontal to vertical).China Anneng Group Second Engineering Bureau Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Anneng Second Bureau)has solved the above engineering problems through careful organization,completed the gate hoisting safely and efficiently in advance,and achieved great social and economic benefits.Therefore,this paper analyzes and introduces the gate hoisting technology and safety measures adopted by Anneng Second Bureau in this construction project.The construction experience of this project is popularized and applied in similar projects.
