糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者的急诊救治方法与效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究糖尿病患者非酮症高渗性昏迷的急诊救治的临床效果。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年5月北京市石景山医院重症监护室收入治疗的100例糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者为研究对象,根据急救方法的不同分为两组,对照组50例均接受常规临床急诊急救,研究组50例在对照组基础上同时进行胃肠补液;分析总结比较两组急诊急救效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均有5例(10.00%)死亡。治疗后,研究组血糖、血钠、血尿素氮水平以及渗透压低于对照组,血钾水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病非酮症高渗性昏迷患者经急诊监测后采用胃肠补液联合常规急救效果佳,能有效调节渗透压和血糖,维持电解质平衡,纠正休克,取得较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency treatment of nonketotic hyperosmolar coma in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of diabetic nonketotic hyperosmolar coma treated in the intensive care Unit of Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to different emergency treatment methods.50 cases in the control group received routine clinical emergency treatment,while 50 cases in the study group received gastrointestinal fluid supplement on the basis of the control group.The results of emergency treatment in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.00%higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 5 cases(10.00%)deaths in two groups.After treatment,blood glucose,blood sodium,blood urea nitrogen levels and osmotic pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while blood potassium level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After emergency monitoring,gastrointestinal fluid infusion combined with routine emergency treatment is effective for diabetes patients with non ketotic hyperosmolar coma.It can effectively regulate osmotic pressure and blood sugar,maintain electrolyte balance,correct shock,and achieve good clinical results.
