利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者骨代谢、骨密度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 研究对于2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者应用利拉鲁肽治疗对其骨密度、骨代谢的影响。方法 选取2021年1—12月年福州市第一医院收治的78例T2DM患者作为研究对象,依据不同用药方案分为两组,各39例。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,观察组应用利拉鲁肽治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组ALP(98.64±5.39)U/L,Ca(2.41±0.04)mmol/L,显著优于对照组的(104.93±5.58)U/L,(2.15±0.04)mmol/L。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc和对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组腰L1~L4骨密度、股骨骨密度和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率5.13%,与对照组5.13%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于T2DM患者给予利拉鲁肽治疗更有利于改善患者骨代谢水平,同时具有良好的降糖效果,且不良反应少,用药安全性高,对于远期预后有积极影响。Objective To investigate the effects of liraglutide therapy on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 78 T2DM patients treated in Fuzhou first hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups(39 patients each)according to different drug regimens.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide,to contrast the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results ALP(98.64±5.39)U/L,Ca(2.41±0.04)mmol/L in the observation group,which was significantly better than that(104.93±5.58)U/L,(2.15±0.04)mmol/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc and control group were observed,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae L1 to L4,femoral bone mineral density in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of total adverse effects in the observation group was 5.13%,compared with 5.13%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For T2DM patients,liraglutide treatment is more conducive to improving the level of bone metabolism,and has good hypoglycemic effect with fewer adverse reactions and high drug safety,which has a positive impact on long-term prognosis.
