综合护理干预对2型糖尿病伴抑郁症患者情绪及糖代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病伴抑郁症患者治疗期间施以综合护理干预的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年2月厦门市仙岳医院收治的104例2型糖尿病伴抑郁症患者为研究对象,施以抽签法分组,设为对照组、观察组,每组52例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行综合护理干预,统计比较两组情绪状态、糖代谢指标、护理满意度。结果 出院时观察组HAMD、SAS评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时观察组糖代谢指标水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病伴抑郁症患者住院治疗期间需实施综合护理干预,有利于情绪状态、糖代谢指标改善与护理满意度提高,具有显著价值。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes and depression during treatment.Methods A total of one hundred and four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects They were divided into two groups by lottery,including control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The emotional state,glucose metabolism index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The HAMD and SAS score of emotional state in the observation group was lower than those of the control group at discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of glucose metabolism index in the observation group was lower than those of the control group at discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention should be implemented during hospitalization for type 2 diabetes mellitus with depression patients,which is beneficial to the improvement of emotional state,glucose metabolism indexes and nursing satisfaction,and has significant value.
