循证护理干预与临床护理路径配合对糖尿病患者血糖控制与精神状态的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨循证护理与临床护理路径配合对糖尿病患者血糖控制、住院时间、精神状态的干预效果。方法 选取2019年7月—2021年12月期间在东营市中医院肾内内分泌科治疗的88例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(44例)、观察组(44例)。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理联合临床护理路径方式护理。测定和记录两组患者护理后的血糖控制水平、住院时间和精神状态(焦虑状态)。结果观察组患者血糖控制水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院平均时间短于对照组,精神状态也好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理联合临床护理路径对糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平较好,有效缓解患者焦虑情绪。Objective To explore the intervention effect of evidence-based nursing and clinical nursing pathway on blood glucose control,length of stay and mental state of patients with diabetes.Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with diabetes treated in the Department of Renal Endocrinology of Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway.The blood glucose control level,the length of hospital stay and mental state(anxiety state)after nursing were measured and recorded in the two groups.Results The blood glucose control level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average length of hospitalization in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the mental state was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with clinical nursing pathway has a better blood glucose control level for diabetic patients and effectively relieves patients´anxiety.
