综合护理干预对糖尿病合并念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的影响效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者运用综合护理干预的效果。方法 随机选取2020年6月—2022年6月在厦门市中医院门诊就诊的2型糖尿病合并念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者110例为研究对象。通过抽签法分为对照组、观察组,各55例,分别应用常规护理干预、综合护理干预,比较两组血糖水平和门诊干预满意度。结果 观察组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者应用综合护理干预,血糖水平更低,干预满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and candida vulvovaginitis.Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with vulvovaginal candidiasis who were treated in the department of outpatient of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 55 cases each.Conventional nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were used to compare the blood glucose level and outpatient intervention satisfaction of the two groups.Results The blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the intervention satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with candida vulvovaginitis has lower blood glucose level and greater satisfaction with intervention.
