摘　　要：目的探究脊柱结核合并糖尿病患者行围术期护理联合无缝隙护理对血糖水平及并发症的影响。方法纳入2021年6月—2022年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院脊柱外科收治的152例脊柱结核合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按简单随机抽样法分为两组,各76例。对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组给予围术期护理联合无缝隙护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组各个时期空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组围术期血糖管理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病饮食、运动、用药及血糖监测4方面的糖尿病知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脊柱结核合并糖尿病患者实施围术期护理联合无缝隙护理,能加强血糖控制效果,减少围术期血糖管理不良事件和术后并发症发生率,提高患者对糖尿病的认知,对患者手术及术后康复均具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing combined with seamless nursing on blood glucose level and complications in patients with spinal tuberculosis complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 152 patients with spinal tuberculosis combined with diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Spinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2021 to January 2022 were included as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to simple random sampling,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing combined with seamless nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at all periods,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of perioperative blood glucose management in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).nutritional intake during pregnancy compared to observation group were higher those in the than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative nursing combined with seamless nursing for patients with spinal tuberculosis complicated with diabetes can enhance the effect of blood glucose control,reduce the incidence of adverse events of perioperative blood glucose management and postoperative complications,improve patients´cognition of diabetes,and have positive significance for patients´operation and postoperative rehabilitation.
