循证护理在合并糖尿病的胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究合并糖尿病的胃肠道手术患者接受循证护理的干预效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年4月福建省泉州市第一医院胃肠外科收治的50例胃肠道疾病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均行手术治疗。按随机数表法分为两组,对照组(25例)接受围术期常规护理,观察组(25例)实施循证护理,比较两组患者的血糖波动情况、并发症发生率、负性情绪波动。结果 护理后,两组的血糖值均较护理前改善,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组的焦虑、抑郁情绪均较护理前改善,且观察组护理后的评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对胃肠道手术合并糖尿病患者实施循证护理能够有效控制血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,有效缓解不良情绪,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with gastrointestinal surgery with diabetes.Methods Fifty patients with gastrointestinal diseases complicated with diabetes admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected.All patients underwent surgical treatment.According to the random number table method,the control group(25 cases)received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group(25 cases)implemented evidence-based nursing.Blood glucose fluctuation,complication rate and negative mood fluctuation were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood sugar levels of both groups improved compared to before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,anxiety and depression mood of the two groups were improved compared with those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group,after nursing were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for patients with gastrointestinal surgery complicated with diabetes can effectively control the blood sugar level,reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively relieve adverse mood,which is worthy promoting.
