摘  要:目的:探讨阴茎组织剪切波超声弹性量化测值(SWQ)与阴茎组织Ⅲ型胶原纤维含量的相关性。方法:选用20只健康雄性SD大鼠(5~60周龄)进行实验研究。麻醉大鼠后,对大鼠阴茎进行实时剪切波超声弹性成像(RT-SWE)检查。成像仪器选择Aixplorer超声诊断仪,测量指标为SWQ(单位:kPa)。在完成RT-SWE检查后,即刻对大鼠实施安乐死,剪取阴茎组织进行免疫组化分析,测量阴茎组织内Ⅲ型胶原纤维的含量。采用Ⅲ型胶原纤维阳性区域百分比(PAP)作为含量的定量指标,并对阴茎组织的SWQ与PAP的相关性进行统计学分析。结果:大鼠阴茎组织的SWQ与PAP具有显著相关性(P<0.001),相关系数为-0.771。结论:大鼠阴茎组织的SWQ与阴茎组织内Ⅲ型胶原纤维含量具有相关性,RT-SWE有望成为一种定量评价阴茎组织胶原纤维含量的无创新方法。Purpose:To explore the correlation between the shear wave elastic quantitative measurement(SWQ)and the content of typeⅢcollagen fibers in penile tissue.Methods:Twenty healthy male SD rats(5-60 weeks old)were selected for the experiment.After the rats were anesthetized,a real time shear wave elastography(RT-SWE)examination of the penis was performed using the Aixplorer system,and the SWQ(unit:kPa)was obtained.After the RT-SWE examination,rats were euthanized immediately and the penile tissues were cut for immunohistochemical analysis.The positive area percentage(PAP)of typeⅢcollagen fibers was used as the quantitative index.The statistical analysis was performed to explore the relationship between the SWQ and PAP.Results:SWQ was significantly correlated with PAP(P<0.001),with the correlation coefficient of−0.771.Conclusion:Rat penile SWQ is associated with the content of typeⅢcollagen fibers in penile tissue,which suggests that RT-SWE is expected to be a new non-invasive method to quantitatively evaluate the content of collagen fibers in penile tissue.
